What the service will include
- Testing that each alarm sounds
- Cleaning the alarm
- Replacing removable batteries
- Checking the expiry date on each alarm
- A report of what we found
What it will not include
Shield Property Care does not carry out electrical work and does not issue electrical compliance certificates.
- No electrical work of any kind
- No electrical compliance certificates
- No repair, replacement or installation of hardwired alarms
- Faulty or hardwired alarms are referred to a licensed electrician
Who it is for
Homeowners, landlords, property managers and businesses who want a simple check and a written record. If an alarm fails a test or needs more than a battery change, we will tell you and refer you to a licensed electrician.
