Signs of rodents

• Scratching or scurrying in the roof, walls or ceiling at night
• Droppings along walls, in cupboards, drawers or the roof void
• Gnawed packaging, timber, wiring or pipes
• Greasy rub marks along walls and entry points
• Nesting material in quiet, sheltered areas
• Disturbed pet food or bird seed

Why it matters

Rodents contaminate food and surfaces, can damage insulation and wiring, and breed quickly. In a business, they can also put your food safety compliance and reputation at risk. The sooner they are dealt with, the smaller the problem.

Our approach

• Inspect. We check the roof void, subfloor, walls, garden and building exterior to find activity and entry points.
• Control. We choose baiting, trapping or a combination to suit the site, the species and who and what is on the property. Where baits are used, they are placed in secured stations, away from children, pets and non-target animals.
• Proof. Gaps and entry points are identified and, where practical, closed so rodents do not simply return.
• Follow up. Rodent control usually needs a return visit to check activity and adjust. We will tell you what to expect.
