A pest check before you list, lease or move in can avoid surprises later. If you are selling or leasing through an agent, they can also arrange work with us directly. See real estate and property managers.

- What you are seeing, where and for how long
- Whether you own, rent or manage the property
- Children, pets, aquariums or anyone with health concerns
- How and when we can get access
Ways to book
One-off treatment
A single visit to identify and deal with a specific problem.
Follow-up visit
Some pests need a return visit. We tell you in advance when that is likely.
Regular service
Ongoing visits for properties that keep having problems or where you want peace of mind.
The right option depends on the pest and the property. We will recommend one after we understand the problem, and agree the price before work starts.
One-off or regular
Many problems are solved with a single visit plus some simple changes at home. If a problem is likely to return, we will say so and suggest a follow-up or a regular program.
Questions
Booking and pricing
How do I get a quote?
Call 0405 444 445 or use the online quote form. Tell us the type of property, the suburb and what you are seeing. For many jobs we need to inspect before giving a firm price, because the right treatment depends on what is actually there.
Do you quote before starting work?
Yes. You will get the scope and price agreed before work begins. If an inspection shows something different from what was described, we will explain what we found and update the quote before going further.
How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the pest, the size and type of property, how bad the problem is and whether follow-up visits are needed. We do not publish a one-size-fits-all price because it would not be accurate. We give you a written scope and price before any work starts.
Can you work around tenants or business hours?
Where access allows, yes. Tell us about tenant access, keys, alarms and opening hours when you enquire so we can plan the visit properly.
Treatments
What pests do you treat?
General household and commercial pests, including ants, cockroaches, spiders and silverfish, plus rodents and nuisance birds. If you are unsure what you are dealing with, describe it or send a photo with your quote request and we will tell you whether we can help.
Is treatment safe for children and pets?
Treatments differ by pest and product. Before we start we will explain what is being used, where, and what precautions apply for people and pets, including how long to stay out of treated areas where that applies. Tell us about children, pets, aquariums and anyone with health concerns when you book.
Do I need to prepare before a visit?
We will give you specific instructions when you book. In general, clear access to the problem areas, secure or cover food and pet items, and let us know about anything we should avoid.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Not always. For some jobs we need access inside, for others the exterior is enough. Tell us when you book and we will confirm what is needed. For rentals and businesses we can arrange access through the agent, owner or site contact.
How often should I have pest control done?
Some problems are solved with one visit and a few changes at home. Others, or higher-risk sites such as food businesses, benefit from regular visits. We will tell you what we recommend for your situation rather than push a plan you do not need.
Will the pests be gone straight away?
Some problems improve quickly. Others, such as established cockroach or rodent activity, usually need follow-up. We will tell you what to expect for your situation instead of promising an instant fix.
