About Shield Property Care

Protecting homes and businesses

Shield Property Care Pty Ltd provides pest control for homes, commercial sites and property managers across metropolitan Melbourne. Our name and our shield say it plainly: the job is to protect the property and the people who use it.

We deal with general pests, rodents and nuisance birds. We are planning to add termite services and basic smoke alarm testing, and we will only offer them once we are properly in a position to do so.

How we work

• Look first. We identify the pest and the cause before recommending treatment.
• Explain plainly. You hear what we found, what we recommend and why.
• Agree the scope. The work and the price are agreed before we start.
• Keep records. Especially for businesses and agencies that need them.
• Say what we do not do. If something is outside our services, we say so and point you in the right direction.

Who we work for

• Homeowners
• Landlords
• Real estate agencies
• Property managers
• Body corporates
• Restaurants
• Offices
• Warehouses
• Retail and other commercial sites
